Howard has assisted us with laptop issues on several occasions and in each instance has resolved the issue promptly and effectively. 

He also assisted with the purchase of a new laptop, which we appreciated greatly as we didn't want to go to one of the large appliance stores who  wanted to take our money but not provide the follow up service.   

Howard provided very good advice in regard to which brands performed well and had the least breakdowns. And we have peace of mind in knowing that if we have a technological issue Howard is at hand and our laptop isn't going to be posted out of town for repair!
